The journey begins in a forest-inspired reception lobby, where rich brown and white marble accents meet vertical greenery. The soothing textures and colors mirror the natural world, creating a calming first impression. Organic seating clusters and a serene coffee nook invite moments of pause and reflection. The jungle-inspired zoning subtly weaves in the idea of retreat and regeneration—an apt prelude to the high-performance spaces that follow.

Fully accessible, the ground floor also introduces the building’s glass façade system, designed to let in ample natural light while integrating smart environmental controls. This blurs the line between indoor and outdoor, lending a sense of openness and vitality to the entire structure.

Function meets community on the first floor, where an auditorium and canteen cater to both professional and social functions. The 100-seater auditorium is crafted with soundproof partitions, sleek laminates, and acoustic panels for clarity and comfort. Beside it lies the canteen—a vivid, welcoming space with zigzag linear lighting mimicking sunlight through trees and circular fixtures reminiscent of floating clouds. Verdant plants punctuate the area, fostering a warm, nature-filled environment ideal for casual conversation and rejuvenation.

This level is designed as the intellectual heart of the building. Housing a research laboratory and an immersive experience center, the second-floor captures GOMA’s innovation and heritage. The experience center offers visitors an interactive walkthrough of GOMA’s technological milestones, punctuated by a grid-patterned ceiling that manages aesthetics and maintenance alike. Rounded corners and thoughtful detailing enhance flow, drawing users into the brand story with ease.

With over 200 workstations and 8 executive cabins, these twin floors balance functionality with flexibility. Workspaces are arranged to encourage fluid interaction while maintaining zones of focus. A variety of breakout zones and soft seating pods break the monotony of traditional office design, fostering spontaneous discussion and creativity. State-of-the-art conference rooms and meeting hubs support hybrid work models and external collaborations alike.

The use of greenery across floors is intentional—creating microclimates of calm while improving indoor air quality. Every corner of these floors prioritizes user comfort, from ergonomic chairs to adjustable lighting schemes.

Reserved for the company’s leadership, the topmost floor exudes quiet luxury. A custom reception desk sets a minimal yet refined tone, followed by director’s cabins and a spacious 20-seater conference room. Unique to this level is the thoughtful reuse of older furniture, repurposed into timeless design pieces—an homage to GOMA’s sustainable and forward-thinking mindset. A special lounge offers directors a private zone for reflection, informal meetings, or unwinding between schedules.
